Creme Caramel Mix INGREDIENTS: Sugar, corn starch, gelling agent (carrageenan), dextrose, flavourings, salt, colour (carotene). In the caramelised topping (30g, 30%): glucose syrup, caramelised sugar, glucose-fructose syrup. May contain WHEAT, MILK, EGGS, NUTS, SOY. PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Distribute the caramel from the sachet into 4 ramekins (or one large one). Mix the contents of the large bag in a saucepan with the milk, added little by little, until a lump-free cream is formed. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour the cream into the ramekins. The crème caramel can be removed from the mould after at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
