Chocolate pudding mix INGREDIENTS: sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, corn starch, gelling agent (carrageenan), salt, flavourings. May contain WHEAT, MILK, EGGS, NUTS, SOY. PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Stir the contents of the sachet into a saucepan with a little added milk until a lump-free cream is formed. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. This pudding thickens as it cools. Pour the cream into 4 moulds. The pudding can be removed from the mould after at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
