Syrah grapes are harvested and destemmed, then vinified with 7-8 days of maceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by aging in wooden barrels. With its intense ruby red color, the wine expresses notes of ripe fruit, sweet spices, and liquorice in the aroma. The taste is well-structured, with well-integrated tannins.
